You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Harbor Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
